Hi Brian,

As a non-student/alumni you can access the UNO dissertation database/all of our databases in the library or anywhere on campus. However, you won't be able to access it remotely. Here is the link to the database:

Once you become a student, you will be able to access all the databases remotely by entering your UNO credentials.
