When you see reserve, do you mean placing the book on reserves for your class, or do you mean you would like to check the book out? If it's reserving for class (for students to read), you may contact Matt Fenner at 554-2861. If you would like to check the book out, it is available on the third floor at LC212.92 .S29 2008. You will need to bring the book to circulation (main floor) for check out. You can only place a hold on a book if it's checked out; it reserves your spot in line for it.
