You're in luck! Creighton University holds a copy.  If you are UNO affiliated, you can show your school ID to the librarians there and check it out. You may call (402) 280-2227 to double check it is available and not checked out. If it is, I would suggest submitting an interlibrary loan request (http://unomaha.illiad.oclc.org/illiad/NBU/) to get it from an out of town library (such as Love).
