I would start searching in the database Academic Search Premier.  To find it, go to the library home page, and in the box in the upper right of the page click on the Databases tab.  Then in the drop down box, select Academic Search Premier.  When the next page opens, enter Cultural Competence in the first box, Discrimination in the box below it, and Workplace in the following box.  Under the Limit Your Results section click on the box for Scholarly (Peer Reviewed) Journals.  Hit enter.  You should get 7 results, 3 or 4 of which are full text.  You may also wish to try the following databases:  JSTOR, and Sociological Abstracts.
