Hi Cheryl,

You can view/download ebooks by searching in our catalog: http://unomaha.worldcat.org/search?qt=affiliate&ai=wclocal_unomaha&q=&wcsbtn2w=Go&scope=2&oldscope=2  And yes you can open it from your computer.

You can then limit your search results to "ebook." You can then view the book. The catalog will prompt you to sign in with your NU ID # and password. If you haven't already set up your new library login, you'll need to do that. I'll attach instructions for you. Then once you've signed in, you can view or download the ebook. If you're on a laptop of tablet, you'll need to download the Adobe Digital Editions console, and if you have an ipad, you'll need to download Bluefire. Please see this guide for more detailed instructions: http://libguides.unomaha.edu/ebookdownloads

Please let us know if you have further questions.

Best,

Danielle S.
