If you click on this link http://unomaha.worldcat.org/title/ieee-xplore/oclc/43668715&referer=brief_results and then click "View Now," you will be taken to the IEEE database. If you're off campus, you'll be asked to login with your library name (NU ID) and password. If you have not yet set up your library account, you will need to click set/reset on the login screen. After you follow the steps in the pop up window, you will receive a link in your UNO email to set your password. When it asks for a username, use your NU ID.
