I can't see the content of "My Library Account", for example the queue when
I am waiting for a tablet. At the library I was oriented to reset my
password, which I did more than two times and it is not an issue with wrong
username and password.
After I have signed in and clicked on "My Library Account" I always receive
the following 500 error.
Please, can it be fixed so I can access this section of the Library's
website and follow the queue?

This does not seem to be a problem with the username/password also since you have already tried setting the password twice.Its past 5 pm so the network guys can't really help you right now.This is the number for circulation desk - 555-3206.You can call them up tomorrow morning and they can guide you futher on this.
