Hi, I just checked my inter-library loan account and I was able to log in. I did log back out and intentionally put in the wrong information to see what would happen. That cleared the fields and stayed on the page. I'm going to suggest that you get a hold of Mark Walters who is our ILL coordinator. He won't be in until tomorrow, but here's his contact info:
