Have you set up an account with the library? If not, that may be your problem. If you do have an account set up with the library, you can always reset your password if you have forgotten that. If you click on the 'My Account' button on the left hand side of the screen, you should be able to access either signing into an account, reseting your password, or setting up an account. If you need to set up the account, click on 'My Account' and then click set/rest password. When it asks for your username, this will be your NU number.
