Have you already created a library account?  This is an account separate from other UNO accounts like e-mail, MavLink, and such.  If not, the attached PDF file contains instructions.

You may also need to start with a fresh browser:  clear the cache of cookies, search history, etc., and start again.  Do not login to the Criss Library system until you click the link to PsycInfo and see the login template.
