I just went upstairs to check, and I did find one copy of Duparc's "Complete Songs for Voice and Piano" on the shelf.  It is filed on the main floor with the other musical scores.  The shelves can be found next to the CD collection; one gets there by going to the right of the art gallery and past the elevator and restrooms.  The copy of the score I saw was rebound with a dark green cover, and does not circulate.
