Once you have logged into ebl patron, click on the read online link underneath the thumbnail of the book on the left side.  Once you have done that it will take you to the actual online copy of the book.  On the left side there are a series of tabs that you can click for different options. The bottom tab will say download. Once you click on that one it will ask how long you want to download and what type of file you would like to save the book as.  After that all that is required is that you click the download button. We also have a libguide that has instructions for downloading and using e-books if you would like more instructions or clarification: http://libguides.unomaha.edu/c.php?g=100476&p=649748

I hope this answered your question, please let us know if we can help further! Have a good day!
