Q. Trying to search for case studies that address effect vs. intent of cyber attacks

The two best databases for research in this area are probably IEEE Xplore and the Military and Government Collection.  They can be found by going to the "All databases A-Z" link from our home page http://libguides.unomaha.edu/az.php and going down to each database's title.
