Search the title of the book in the Criss Library catalog.  You may also search by author, but a title search is usually more specific.  You may find records describing physical or electronic books.

Search the title of the journal which published an article in the All eJournals A-Z directory to determine which database, if any, includes articles from that journal and the specific period of time included.  You can also search for the title of an article, but not all of the library's databases have individual articles recorded in All eJournals A-Z.

If you discover that the book and/or article is not available, you may submit an Interlibrary Loan request. We can often borrow books from other libraries in five to seven days, and obtain copies of articles in three to five days.

Access to electronic books and library databases is restricted by license to currently-enrolled UNO students, and you will be prompted to log-in via your library account.  If you have not already created a library account, please see the attached PDF file for instructions.
