I'm not sure what you mean by your question.  Both Perkin Transactions 1 and 2 are recorded in the library catalog, and the library's physical holdings are detailed there.  You can click the titles below to link to the records:

The All eJournals A-Z directory does not link to the catalog, instead only to the various subscription databases, so you can overlook physical holdings if you do not search the catalog directly.

In terms of circulation, the library's policy for many years has been to check out journals only to faculty.  This reflected both the era in which physical journals were in heavy use and that physical journal volumes are largely irreplaceable.  The conversion to electronic access began in the mid-1990s, but is still far from complete.  I suspect that eventually electronic access will ultimately overtake the policy.
