Q. Unable to access an eJournal both on-campus or off-campus

I am having difficulty accessing this item through the UNO library website. I attempted to access it from home, but it said my IP address was not within the correct range. I am currently trying to access it using a computer on the lower level of the Criss Library, and it is still saying it is restricted. Is there something I need to do?

If you are currently present at the lower level of the Library I would request you to come to the reference desk to resolve this issue.
