I have a term paper for a class, and I was wondering how to conduct a reverse bibliographic search. I have an article I am looking at, but it was published too long ago to meet the requirements for the term paper, so I am trying to find more recent articles that may have cited this article as a source. In other words, I'm looking for newer articles that list the old article in their bibliographies.
But you can try Google Scholar. In a Google Scholar search type in your article title using double quotes. The search results should show the article and any other articles that cited it.
Also in the database, Web of Science, there is a link at the top of the page: "Cited Reference Search." On this search page you can enter the author or title of the article and find other articles that cited your article.
Please let me know if you have any other questions, Nora Hillyer
