Go ahead and bring the books back. There is a small grace period, so you may not have any fines. If you do, the fine will simply sit on your account (no interest) until you pay it. However, a hold would be placed on your account, preventing you from registering for classes next time until the fine is paid. So, yes, waiting until your next paycheck is okay. You can even set up a payment plan with circulation if you do not want to pay the entire plan at once.
