My name is Rob Moore and I am a new VISTA with the Neighborhood Center at the UNO Collaborating Center. Part of my assignment for the year is to "regularly review professional publications in areas of neighborhood restoration/transformation and community change." Asking around the office here, no one had much of an idea of what publications would fit this description. Are there any resources in the UNO library database that would help me fulfill this aspect of my assignment?
Thank you for the help.
If you have access to UNO Criss Library’s databases (you should have access when you are on campus) there are numerous resources where you can find peer-reviewed articles, reports and research material on your topic.
The following link takes you to a guide where you can find links to databases. These databases contain links to articles on every topic in your area: http://libguides.unomaha.edu/socialwork In this guide, click on the Databases tab at the top. On this page are links to several different databases. For your topic, I recommend Public Administration Abstracts and Urban Studies Abstracts.
