Sorry about no one answering your question yesterday. Could you send us the link so we can take a look at it? Did you get the link from us through email? Sometimes the email links go back to Microsoft Office 365. Is the streaming video pointing to a video in our catalog? Maybe students can get to the video by going through our catalog rather than your BlkBrd link.
