Sammy,
There are several different sources for yoga. On the library home page top right there is a tab for WorldCat. Click on that tab and type in your keywords. I typed in "yoga and benefits" (without the quotes) and received results of 9 books and over 200 articles. You can click on the box next to Articles to view only the articles.
Other sources: This is a link to guide that contains links to databases on the first page. All of those databases should have articles on yoga: http://libguides.unomaha.edu/hper
