Nick,

EBSCO sends you a temporary link in their email that is generally not accessible from your email. If the article was full text on the EBSCO site then you should have full-text either as a PDF attachment or as an HTML article within the email. If it was not full text in EBSCO, you will have to go back to the database, search for and open up the record and click on the yellow Get Item button to see if it is full text in another database.
