I continue to experience difficulty when attempting to access the library from home. The site asks for my Student ID and password, which is what I enter; however it repeatedly indicates it is incorrect. I need the access to complete assignments for class. Please advise my next course of action, as I have already attempted to contact the IT department with no response.
First of all, here is our library's website just to ensure you're visiting our site and not another site with a similar address: http://library.unomaha.edu/ Just accessing our site does not require log-in information.
Next, which database are you trying to access? If you go through our website then click on a database name, you should be prompted to enter in your last name and NU ID #. Then you should be able to get in. If this doesn't help please let me know the detailed steps you're taking and hopefully I can figure out the issue and get you in.
