Hi Sarah,

First of all, demographics are the quantifiable statistics of a given population. Commonly examined demographics include: gender, age, ethnicity, knowledge of languages, disabilities, mobility, home ownership, employment status, and even location.

Here is a link to some International statistics: http://libguides.unomaha.edu/international_business

It is mainly used by business students but there are numerouse semographics sites. For example, use the "country information" tab to search journals (right hand side) or Internet sites on the left.

Other useful tabs on this site: development, cultural relations or political risk

Let me know if you need additional assistence.

Nora
