Off-campus access to the library's eBooks and journal article databases is restricted to currently-enrolled UNO students. However, anyone may use these resources via computers inside the library or elsewhere on campus. The restrictions are governed by the licenses we acquire when we purchase accounts with the various publishers/distributors.
