Our library currently does not purchase or keep standards. I also did a search for the CSN EN 15116 standard in Libraries Worldwide and it seems no library carries that particular standard.  The link below is for the CSN EN 15116 standard for you to purchase. I could not find the ASHRAE standard.

The AHRI 1240P, Performance Rating for Active Chilled Beams is a “proposed” standard and it possibly is not complete yet.
