I'm a historian based at Highland Park, Mich., an enclave of Detroit. I need a single article from the "Omaha World-Herald," but don't have access to it thru any of my local libraries, except thru Inter-Library Loan. The article is as follows:
"'Epicenter of the black community' Part of history falls with buildings," Oct. 12, 2002, p. 1A.
I'd like to ask if you could please send me the pdf of this article from your online database. I'm on deadline completing a journal article and don't have weeks to get it thru Inter-Library Loan. Thanx for your kind consideration!
You will need to make the request through Interlibrary Loan due to copyright restrictions. It will not take us weeks to answer the request (a day or two usually), but you will need to make it through your library. You can tell them that we have a copy of the article, so they can send the request directly to us (it's in our LexisNexis database). That should speed up the wait time.
