I was having some trouble logging onto the databases. I know that my NU ID and password are right because I can get into MavLink easily but this login is not recognizing my username and/or password.
It sounds like you are caught up in our authentication vortex. We recently switched to a new authenticator, so when you try to login, you'll need to click on the set/reset password link. I'm sorry this was not advertised/indicated very well. If you still have troubles after resetting, I advise calling 554-3206 (circulation) and they can take a look at your account and see if there is something else causing the problem.
