Q. Is there a way to save a complex search in Ebsco?
In a dissertation lit review. Have to review 40 years of literature on a topic that 1) draws from 3 EBSCO databases (academic search, business source, Psychinfo) 2) has date filters. 3) must be limited to scholarly sources, and 4) listed in chronological order... In short, it's taking me quite some time to "reprogram" EBSCO for my search every time I sit down. I know you can create an EBSCO login, but I'm not seeing where it might be possible to save a complex search I have a vauge notion of Melissa Cast mentioning once that this is possible, although perhaps she was talking about RSS feeds or alerts. Any ideas?
I looked through the EBSCO information pages, and this one looks like it might have some helpful information: http://support.ebsco.com.leo.lib.unomaha.edu/help/index.php?help_id=1412.
