Good morning, I started a catalog search on Saint Bartholomew Altarpiece. That gave me possibly three sources:

1.      Two potential Aritcles

a.       Àpropos du Livre d’heures de Sophia van Bylant

2.      One Book

a.     Favorite old master paintings from the Louvre Museum, Paris

I do apologize there seems to be a glitch in the system, it isn’t showing me if this is a book we are carrying. According to the contents the altarpiece is discussed in the book, however it is not a main focus. If looks like this is a book that would need to be ordered through Interlibrary Loan.

Other possibly search that can be done is Saint Bartholomew (I have been able to bring up a lot of sources on that. It is better to mention the altarpiece in your search to narrow down searches.) Or another possibility is simply searching the Altarpiece of the holy cross in 1490.

We are currently having issues with our catalog search engine, which has made it difficult to search for sources in the UNO library. I do apologize, we are aware of the situation and are working to correct it. If you feel you need more assistance with your research feel free to drop by the Reference Desk, or contact Jim Shaw at 402-554-2225 he is the subject librarian for Religion. Have a good day.
