Q. I am having trouble accessing the Academic Search Complete database from home.
I have the group code and passwords correct, but it will not pull up for some reason. Is the system down? If yes, how often does this happen? I was not able to access this database previously for almost a day.
If you have not reset your password this semester, you will need to do so by clicking the set/reset link on the login screen. If you have already done so, we are also currently experiencing issues with EBSCO and hope they will be resolved soon (it's been reported, but we do not have an ETA on the fix). On campus access is still an option.
As for group code, that sounds like RefWorks, not Academic Search, and we are also experiencing authentication issues there.
