Criss Library subscribes to the Europa World database, which is very well-designed to address questions about countries.  We also subscribe to the Euromonitor Passport database, which includes a heavy emphasis on countries' economies and industries.  The BBC Monitoring Library database is an excellent source for English-language translations of news sources from countries around the world.

UNO students may search these databases from off-campus computers.  They are prompted to login with their NU ID number and Criss Library account password.  I noticed that you identified yourself as "Not Affiliated," so you would need to visit UNO to use computers in the library or elsewhere on campus.

The Library of Congress has an online book about the "former" Yugoslavia which includes historical information about Montenegro.  The CIA World Factbook includes a chapter about Montenegro, and the U.S. State Department page for Montenegro includes links to a variety of reports.  These resources are all open-access, so no library account is required to view them.
