We have a database called Science Direct, and it looks like they have a bulk of the journal that you should be able to access. I can give you a link that should lead you directly to the journal you are looking for. While they may not have all of the articles, as it looks like some have to be purchased, where as others can be read in a PDF format, it should give you an alternative to having to order all of the articles through Interlibrary Loan. Here is the link http://www.sciencedirect.com.leo.lib.unomaha.edu/science/journal/00401625/80 If the link does not work, you can access the database under the 'All Databases' tab on the library homepage and search for the journal that way. I hope that helps, and if you have any other questions, please let us know!
