I am a Ph.D. candidate in the department of public administration. Now, I am out of town. So, I tried to renew borrowed books on the website, but can't. Is this website system problems or not?

Dear Mr. Park,

Books can be renewed from website only for a limited no. of times. The library has renewed the borrowed books for you and the new due date is September 14, 2014.
