Q. Am trying to access an article through JSTOR. Do you have any idea how long they will be experiencing temporary problems?

It looks like we do not have access to that article through JSTOR, but you are able to Interlibrary Loan the article if you wish. Here is a link that should allow you to click on a button on the bottom of the screen that will bring you to the page to interlibrary loan. If the link doesn't work, simply going to the ILL section on the library home page, logging in(or making an account if you have yet to do that), and then request the article. If you log into JSTOR through the library databases tab, it appears that it is working, I searched for the article you are looking for for quite some time and was not able to find it, or any type of error message from JSTOR.
