Our library does not have a physical copy of that book.  We are supposed to have access to the e-book, but I have tried several times to view it and it doesn't seem to be working right now.

You could try asking again later, or if you are affiliated with an academic library, you could try to arrange an interlibrary loan from a library that does carry the book in paper.
