First of all I would check to make sure that you are using your nuid, the number that comes on your student id along with the password for mavlink, the site that is used for billing and class registration.  If you are using that, I would check to make sure that all your bills have been paid, as charges were due several days ago.  If all of those issues are settled, I would suggest contacting information services using this page:
