My first suggestion would be to make sure that you have a library account set up.  it requires your nu id number and then you need to create a password specifically for that account.  I am attaching an pdf file that demostrates how to do that.  If you have already done that and it still will not allow you access I would suggest contacting James Shaw or Mark Walters.
