I don't know of a directory that lists just Nebraska non-profits focused on the environment.  However, you can likely identify many, if not all, by consulting the Nonprofit Organization records at the Nonprofit Association of the Midlands.

The United Way of the Midlands NE211.org website includes records for a number of organizations that provide environmental services and volunteer opportunties.

The links page at the Nebraska Alliance for Conservation and Environment Education is certainly work a look.

The latest edition (2012) of the Nebraska Department of Economic Development's Foundation Resource Directory (PDF file attached to this message) may help identify grant-making organizations with an interest in environmental concerns.
