It might help to narrow your searches down a little. Instead of using a term as broad as "technology," select a few specific subjects like "internet" or "smartphone" or whichever other ones you might want to write about. You could use the words "behavior," "change," "reliance (or reliant)," "adaptation," "loss (or reduction)," etc, in conjunction with those subjects. Each subject should have its own set of keywords or topics that you can pursue as well; for example, how the internet has affected literacy and memory.
