I think your best chance to obtain copies of the two conference papers is to contact Dr. Darrow directly.  I cannot find any library holdings for the proceedings document via WorldCat, and it is not available in the ERIC database or any other source I try.  I was unable to find additional information about the authors of the papers.

Dr. Darrow lists the proceedings document among her publications, and perhaps she still has a copy of her own.
