Q. Is there a particular android app I should be using to read ebooks from the library?

From this link http://libguides.unomaha.edu/ebookdownloads it looks like Bluefire or Adobe ID would be the ones you want.  The Bluefire link on that page doesn't work, but I assume it would have taken you here:  http://www.bluefirereader.com
