Q. Dual Enrollment Student Check Out
Hello,
I am a Dual Enrollment Instructor at Central High as well as a grad student at UNO. I had a student in the library (not dual enrolled) who asked about checking out a book for a research project who was told that in order to check out a book, they would need to get a permission form from me. I am unaware of a permission form that I should have. Is there one that could be sent electronically?
