To access databases through UNO you just need to sign into your library account, which you can do by clicking on the my library account login in the upper left hand corner of the search box on the main page. Once you are signed in, go to the find articles, data bases, and journals under the research tools heading on the library main page. Then click on the a-z databases link, go to the P section and click on the link to project muse.
