Does the UNO Library own any versions of the Journal of Herpetology that dates back to the 1970s and 1980s? Also, I am consistently getting results of materials not being available in biological sciences. Are there ways for me to access these materials for research papers without having to spend a ton of money I don't have to buy subscriptions to these databases that UNO apparently doesn't have access to (e.g. JSTOR)?
The Journal of Herpetology can be accessed in 3 different databases: http://unomaha.worldcat.org/oclc/51647232
The link leads you to our catalog page with the 3 different links.
Also, to look for other Biology articles, use this guide that organizes all of the online sources for you under the Journals Articles tab (second tab): http://libguides.unomaha.edu/biology
Plus, there is a Biology librarian, Heidi Blackburn (hblackburn@unomaha.edu) who can walk you through Biology resources and answer any other Biology questions.
