Q. What was Dr C C Criss's first two names?

"C.C. Criss" stands for "Clair Carlton Criss."  The Dr. C.C. and Mabel L. Criss Memorial Foundation continues to make grants, but it remains closely held and does not go out of its way to seek or make publicity.  The Criss Foundation's recent activities are documented in its IRS Form 990 filings, which are posted at Guidestar.
